Job overview and responsibilities

Responsibilities: 
  • Join the service operation team of Star-T service (https://star.ywmobile.com/home/vi)
  • Gather drivers for Star-T service
  • Direct contact to drivers to dispatch cars for Star-T's customers
  • Handle customer service, implement customer/driver surveys via phone, online, etc. to improve service quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to support situational operational cases.
  • Detail of job will be discussed more during the interview
Working time: 8 hours/ day, Mon-Fri.
Working location: Pico Plaza building, 20 Cong Hoa, 12th ward, Tan Binh dist., HCMC

Required Skills and experience


REQUIREMENTS:
  • College or bachelor degree
  • Good communication skills, clear speaking
  • Team-work, collaboration
  • Responsible and dedicated
  • Problem-solving skill and flexible/agile 
  • At least 1 year experience at customer service, customer relationship, operation, QA
  • Good looking
  • English: Communication skill.
